Policies
- The Ranch is available for rent by the day or week - a two night minimum stay is required, with a three night minimum stay on holidays.
- Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets - The Ranch is strictly pet-free. If this policy is broken, the deposit will be forfeited.
- The Ranch is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted outside the house. Again, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- A $1000 security deposit is collected upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of The Ranch and grounds after your departure. A refund check will be mailed to you within 5 days of your stay.
- Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to date of arrival in order to receive a refund of the deposit.
There is a $50 fee for all cancelled reservations. - Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am - A one-time housekeeping fee of $150 is
charged per rental. - Cactus Trails Ranch furnishes linens for the bed and bath, as well as basic amenities and toiletries such as toilet paper, Kleenex, soap, shampoo, and garbage bags. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils, along with small appliances such as a toaster, coffee-maker, and blender.
- Things to bring: Keep in mind that you are coming for a rustic getaway, so the closest grocery store is about a 20-minute drive from the Ranch. Please bring all the essentials you need for a relaxing weekend - food, drinks, ice, charcoal, paper goods, etc. If you have a boat or watercraft, bring that, too! We have plenty of parking for trailers, and the closest boat ramp is just 10 minutes away.
